DUTIES:

·        Create, implement and enforce processes and procedures that produce a “lean” operation while delivering on-time, high quality solutions.

·        Ensure installation staff is trained and knowledgeable on proper installation methods and techniques that provide for highly efficient “lean” installations.

·        Work with Project Foremen to monitor material and labor usage on a job-by-job basis.  Implement corrective action to ensure projects are completed according to budgets.
