Allan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and Marketing. His education, coupled with close to a decade in the field recruiting in the Transportation Industry, has given him the opportunity to assist in the placement of candidates in several disciplines across North America.
Early in Allan's recruiting career, he obtained and currently maintains his CSAM designation within the MRI Network. MRI established the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) Certification Program in 1985 as a way to highlight its standout Executive Recruiters' achievements.
