Steve began his career with MRI in 1982 and his success has earned him many awards over the years such as Rookie of the Year, National Top Ten Recruiter, Pacesetter and most recently, the "MRI Ring of Honor". The proof, as they say, is in the pudding.
His reputation as a leader and an "industry guru" within the worldwide MRINetwork has earned him numerous invitations as a featured speaker at company and association training meetings where he generously shares his knowledge regarding becoming a more effective search professional. His coined phrase "obnoxiously thorough" describes his dedication to not wasting his client's or candidate's time in the search process which dramatically increases the ability to attract and hire an impact player. As Steve has said, "If I've done my job, offers and acceptances are anticlimactic and both parties are well aware of what is needed for a hire to make sense. We don't have many surprises at the finish line." Steve believes his role is to find the very best available talent in the quickest time frame to satisfy his client's urgent need.
