His successful recruiting efforts enabled him to achieve numerous awards for his efforts . Steve is a past winner of two distinguished awards presented by "The American Business Awards". In 2004, Steve was named the "HR Executive of the Year" and in 2005, under his supervision, his HR Department won the "HR Organization of the Year". In addition, Steve won "The People and Performance Award" sponsored by "Nation's Restaurant News" in 2003.
