Jackie has spent her entire
career in sales and sales management. Her 17 years
in the Telecommunications Industry includes senior
manager responsibility with a GTE/Bell Atlantic joint
venture. Her responsibilities to manage and grow a
$56 million line of business while overseeing a diverse
group of sales and support personnel, has given her
the foresight to understand and relate to today’s
human resource needs.
Her staffing focus on the emerging
CLEC segment of the telecommunications industry has
proven to be a valuable service for the new generation
of telecommunications. Jackie has been called upon
to partner on searches with her clients to identify
the talent to lead some of these organizations from
the ground floor. She has placed all levels in many
facets of the industry. Her record includes from CEO,
COO and VP levels, to customer care and beyond. Her
diverse understanding of the industry has given her
the insight to place in the areas of construction,
operations, sales, marketing and information services.
