Jackie has spent her entire career in sales and sales management. Her 30 years in sales includes senior manager responsibility to grow a $56 million line of business while overseeing a diverse group of sales and operations personnel. This experience has given her the foresight to understand and relate to today’s human resource needs.

Jackie has been called upon to partner on searches with her clients to identify talent who have a history of success in building and growing companies. She has placed all levels in many facets. Cindy has been recruiting since 1979 and holds Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Senior Account Manager awards for her hard work and dedication in the recruiting arena. She has offered her expertise in the management of both large and small company offices while working along with the staff to reach placement and billing goals that exceed the norm. Cindy has earned the Top Ten Account Executive award three times during her tenure with MRINetwork as well as the much-deserved title of Top Five Billing Manager twice. With an organization as large as MRINetwork, that is outstanding.

Cindy has focused her attention on working in the real estate related industries of development, construction and property management. She places all levels of personnel within that industry including, division presidents, general managers, purchasing directors, contract specialists, design professionals and various construction management related positions.

While continuing to work her real estate practice (development, construction, and property management), Cindy has answered the call of favored legal clients to work in attorney search. In today’s economy, it is more and more necessary to recruit attorneys that fit within a firm’s special culture as much as the specific practice experience. Kelly graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Medical Technology. With over 17 years of recruiting industry experience coupled with direct technical and sales experience in the laboratory diagnostics industry and blood services, Kelly specializes in the placement of professionals within the medical diagnostics, laboratory sciences, cellular therapy, transfusion medicine and blood services industries. Her previous employment with SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories (now Quest Diagnostics) and the American Red Cross uniquely qualify her to effectively and precisely inject talent with her client companies.

Allan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and Marketing. His education, coupled with close to a decade in the field recruiting in the Transportation Industry, has given him the opportunity to assist in the placement of candidates in several disciplines across North America.
